About Your Visit
The Spa at PRO Sports Club is a luxurious place to retreat, renew and rediscover your best self. Whether you are visiting for a single spa service—or a full day experience including a fitness session in our world-class Health Club—we want your visit to be as relaxing and rewarding as possible. Please let us know how we may make your time with us more comfortable.
Reservations
We recommend scheduling services in advance. A credit card or PRO Sports Club Membership with an on-file Club Credit Agreement is needed when scheduling. Gratuities on individual services are provided at your discretion, while a 20% gratuity is included with all Journeys and Spa Soirees.
Our Concierge team will be happy to guide you in selecting the treatments or journeys that are right for you. Feel free to discuss any areas of concern, or share your personal preferences.
Cancellations
We kindly ask that cancellations and schedule changes be made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and non-arrivals will be charged at 100% of the treatment rate. Special requirements apply to Spa Soirees.
Health Considerations
When making your reservation, please inform us of any special health concerns you may have. Some treatments may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions or allergies.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to any spa service or nail service. For comfort and safekeeping please leave jewelry and other valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.
Spa Etiquette
To maintain the Spa’s atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility, we ask that you speak softly and that cellular phones and pagers be turned off and left in your locker.
Extend the Experience
Allow time after your treatment to relax in The Spa’s relaxation lounge, or enjoy the women’s only spa lounge area for lunch. Our whirlpool, steam and sauna facilities are all complimentary extensions of your spa experience.
For Your Comfort
In keeping with PRO Sports Club’s highest commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we exceed the state of Washington’s sterilization and equipment sanitization standards for all service and treatments.
Age Requirement
Spa guests must be 16 years of age and over (unless accompanied by an adult). Onsite licensed childcare is available for babies and children ages 6 weeks to ten years, and is complimentary when receiving cosmetic services at our Medical Spa.

Alcohol
For your comfort and health, we request that no alcoholic beverages be consumed 12 hours prior to receiving your spa treatment. Many of our spa treatments could intensify the alcohol in your system.
Support Staff Gratuity
A 3% gratuity is added to all spa and salon services received. This gratuity is provided to the support staff in recognition of their exceptional service provided during your visit.
